The library is usually a calm and relaxing place for students, but on this particular Friday, many of you, including Kimberly Cox, felt nervous , “I believe the blood drive is a very important tradition at our school, it’s something that Englewood as a community can get together and make a difference with.”

She got out of class to take part in the drive, “Personally, I donated, because it only takes an hour of your time to save 3 lives and I think that’s something that’s really cool that you can do,” Kimberly Cox (12).

“The Blood Drive held at the Englewood Campus was a complete success,” said Ms. Hankle a member of the Blood Drive committee. She says the Englewood High School campus couldn’t be more proud of the turn out, “This is a tradition here, and we appreciate the support and donations every one has made.”
