Colorado has a new democratic governor today who is also the first openly gay governor in the country. The election season is over, but the work for government is just beginning. Did you vote? Did you follow the elections? A lot of young people did. Here’s our story.

Attention Seniors: The deadline to order your senior class panoramic pictures at the best price is Sunday, November 11th. Don’t miss out! Extra order forms are available in the Main office. You can order online at BestClassPicture.com.

Shout out to all the seniors who participated in Application day! There will be another Application Day for Seniors on November 15. See Ms. Erin if you’re curious about which college reps will be here.

Have you been accepted to college? Make sure you tell Ms. Erin so she can make you a pennant to hang on the bulletin board.

The EHS Choir Fall Extravaganza is Thursday, November 8 from 6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. There is a Silent Auction and Shopping from 6:30 – 7:00 and during intermission. The Choir performance begins at 7:00 p.m. in the Fischer Auditorium.

Hey Pirates! Weightlifting makes you buff, but wrestling makes you tough. Join the wrestling team this week. Preseason weightlifting and conditioning have begun. See Coach Moreno or Coach Trujillo for information.

Pre-order your Tell no Tales Tee shirts from the business 2 class. The shirts will have class colors and number. Short sleeve shirt cost 8$, $12 for long and $15 for performance. Any additional Names or last names will cost only 2$ more. Show school pride & buy a T.

This week, we highlight teacher Belinda Hayes. She has watched this school community go through a lot of changes.
