How are you feeling about the COVID-19 pandemic? “Alternately that I’m on vacation, and the world has gone bizarre beyond limits.”

Do you have added stressors? “Definitely. I have deadlines, and with all the hubub at the house, one day has blended into the next, and deadlines have been tougher to hit with all the distraction.”

How do you de-stress during such a tough time? “Implementing obvious points of structures, like walks in the morning, sets a definite start of the day, instead of sleep till eleven or waiting until something happens. It’s like oh, we’re up and running. Playing with the dog, playing games with the family, reaching out to loved ones, grandma and grandpa, friends. Fortunately for us, we haven’t had anyone we interact with frequently who’s interacted with the coronavirus, though we do have acquaintances that  have been hit pretty hard. “
