Noah Painter – 9th Grade

“Well, my high school experience has been very focused.  It’s made me learn to focus more on individual tasks. It’s centered my focus on scheduling each task to know when to get it done. I’ve kept a schedule. I’ve been more organized ever since I’ve begun this year. I’ve been getting more and more work done over time. High school has had a big impact on me compared to all other forms of grades and I can see myself as different all the time.”

“So for anyone who’s struggling right now, I would say to just focus on individual tasks that are completed at a certain time. Like even if you have a large project to do in a week just take one part and portion it out and then just do one section each day for over that over those seven days and just take each section individually. It helps these projects, it helps part of this process go faster and it helps you know what to do without overwhelming yourself. I also think people who are struggling need to just push on, you can’t give up school is very important.”
