Tourist day

Englewood, Co.-About half of the 900 students wondering the halls of Englewood High school donned Hawaiian shirts, goofy hats, sunglasses and flip flops (some with socks) to celebrate day 2 of Homecoming week. It’s Dress Like a Tourist day. Students who dress up earn points for their class. At the end of the week, points earn the winning class an award.

Here are the standings so far:

Seniors: 1,400 points

Juniors: 1,300 points

Sophomores: 1,000 points

Staff: 1,000 points

Freshmen: 500 points

A reminder: Powderpuff Football is Wednesday at 6:30, the pep rally is in the fieldhouse at 7:30 and the bonfire is on the practice field at 8:00 pm
