MIOSM celebrates music in our schools

All of the choirs from elementary to high school join together Thursday in a special event. MIOSM (Music In Our Schools Month) is an annual celebration during March which engages music educators, students, and communities from around the country in promoting the benefits of high quality music education programs in schools.
To highlight this national celebration of music in schools for the Englewood District, EHS Choirs is hosting our annual MIOSM Concert on Thursday, March 16 at 7pm in the TEC Auditorium. The MIOSM Concert features Choirs from all over our district, including Cherrylyn and Clayton Elementary, TEC-Middle Schools (EMS/ELA), and Englewood High School!
This year they are featuring an original piece at the end of the concert with all participating choirs, as well as professional guest adult singers who will be joining us, along with all elementary music directors accompanying us on instruments!
