Let’s get a better look at our seniors of 2023-2024
This week, Dane Brown is in the spotlight.
Dane Brown has been going to Englewood schools since 7th grade. He enjoys the small feel of EHS, “I like how our school is smaller than other high schools which means a smaller graduating class, there’s also lots of opportunities when it comes to classes,” Brown says.
Having a smaller school gives more of a variety of class options and having a small graduating class can make it easier to know each other more and have relationships with a lot more people.
Brown participates in sports, so that means he needs to be eligible for all, “keeping my car, having freedom, and taking advantage of class time keeps me motivated to have good grades,” he said.
As this is the last year in high school, seniors, including Brown, have to start thinking about their future. Brown has some plans as graduation day is getting closer and closer, “I plan on going to a trade school or a 4-year college.”
