Englewood, Co.-For the last four months, Ryan West has been moving at break neck speed. He is the new principal for the three campuses that make up TEC.  West is taking the reins of Englewood High School, Englewood Middle School and Englewood Leadership Academy.

This is no easy task as Englewood is steeped in tradition. But West is not one to step away from a challenge. Multi-media teacher Karla Shotts sat down with him two days before the start of the 2016-17 school year.
