The Englewood Pirates will take on Resurrection Christian from Loveland Friday, October 23 in a match-up that almost didn’t happen. In addition, the Englewood School Board approved a name change for the new stadium. It will now be called Randy Penn Stadium after the Englewood man who gave his time, energy, and life to the students here at EHS. Mr. Penn was a Former Englewood educator, mayor, and chamber director. He was “Coach Penn” to generations of the Englewood Schools community. Tune in at half-time for a special video in his honor. Mr. Penn passed away at the beginning of September.
